Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. Our onboarding flow requires you to confirm this before any generation is possible. By creating an account or uploading photos you confirm that you meet this requirement. If we discover an account that does not, we will suspend or delete it.

You may only upload photos depicting adults aged 18 or older. You may not upload photos of minors under any circumstances.

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice. We may refuse service to any user at our sole discretion.

TinyUs uses an anonymous identifier provided by RevenueCat at first launch. No email or password is required to start using the Service. You are responsible for activity associated with your install. Do not share, transfer, or attempt to spoof another user's identifier.

TinyUs uses generative AI to produce artistic portrait images from two adult face photos you provide. You select gender and age tier (Baby, Toddler, Child, or Teen); the AI returns a one-of-a-kind portrait.

You agree NOT to:

• Upload photos of anyone under 18, including infants, children, or teenagers.
• Upload photos of anyone (including yourself) without explicit consent to have their face used to generate artistic AI portraits.
• Upload nude, sexual, violent, hateful, illegal, or otherwise prohibited content.
• Upload non-face content (objects, drawings, screenshots, animals, etc.). Such uploads are auto-detected and rejected.
• Use the Service for harassment, identity theft, deepfake creation, or any attempt to defraud or deceive a third party.
• Reverse-engineer the app, bypass paywalls or quota limits, scrape the Service, or use automated tools or bots without our written consent.
• Misrepresent AI-generated outputs as photographs of real people or use them to make medical, genetic, or legal claims about any actual person.
• Attempt to manipulate the AI into producing harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Your photos. You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading, you grant TinyUs a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process your photos solely for the purpose of generating portraits and delivering the Service to you. This license ends when we delete your photos (within 24 hours of generation).

Generated outputs. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use the AI-generated portraits for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use, redistribution as stock imagery, or claiming AI outputs as photographs of real people is prohibited.

Our IP. TinyUs branding, the app, our software, and the underlying systems are our exclusive property. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership or any rights other than the limited use described.

TinyUs uses a generative AI model (PhotoMaker via fal.ai). All outputs are artistic interpretations, not predictions, of the appearance of any real or future person. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. AI does not always produce correct or reliable results. Outputs:

• Have no genetic, biological, or medical forecasting value.
• May contain inaccuracies, visual artifacts, or features inconsistent with either input photo.
• Should not be used to make any decision, claim, or representation about a real person.

TinyUs does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or health assessments. Outputs are visual reflections, not clinical or genetic evaluations. We make no warranty about the accuracy, appearance, or quality of any AI-generated output.

TinyUs offers a free tier (3 generations on first install) plus optional paid subscriptions and consumable packs purchased through the Apple App Store. Current product list (prices are shown in your local currency at purchase time):

• TinyUs Premium Weekly: 25 generations per week. Auto-renewing subscription.
• TinyUs Premium Monthly: 100 generations per month. Auto-renewing subscription.
• Extra +10 generations: one-time consumable.
• Extra +25 generations: one-time consumable.
• Extra +100 generations: one-time consumable.

Quota. Each individual portrait generation (including additional age tiers requested from the result screen) counts as one (1) generation deducted from your quota.

Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Cancel in your Apple ID account settings; the current period continues until expiry.

Refunds. Subscription fees and consumable purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Refund requests are handled by Apple, not by TinyUs directly. Consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction (e.g., EU, UK, Brazil, Turkey) may provide additional refund rights.

Price changes.We will give at least 30 days' notice for material price changes to active subscribers. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Taxes. Prices shown may exclude applicable taxes, which are determined by Apple at the point of purchase.

The Service relies on third-party providers including fal.ai (AI image generation), OpenAI (content moderation only), Apple App Store (billing), RevenueCat (subscription state), Vercel (hosting), and Neon (quota database). See our Privacy Policy for the data we share with each. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TinyUs and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold TinyUs harmless from any claim, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your photos or generated outputs; (c) your infringement of any third party's rights; or (d) your fraudulent or unlawful use of the Service.

By you. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data by emailing support@aurabionics.com. Subscription cancellation must be done in your Apple ID account settings.

By us. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security risk, or legal requirement, with or without notice. Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Before bringing any formal dispute, please contact us at support@aurabionics.com and allow 30 days for informal resolution. Unresolved disputes may be brought before the courts of the jurisdiction stated below.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles, except as consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction apply. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts located in Ontario, Canada, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, pandemics, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service disruptions.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email with at least 30 days' notice for paid subscribers. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the changes, stop using the Service and request account deletion.

These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy by reference and constitute the entire agreement between you and TinyUs regarding the Service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. We may assign these Terms; you may not. Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
