My generation failed or got stuck. What should I check?

The most common cause is photo quality. Make sure both photos are well-lit, show a clear front-facing adult face, and are not screenshots, drawings, or animals. If both look fine and it still fails, try again in a couple of minutes; our AI provider occasionally hiccups. If the problem persists, email us with a brief description and we will dig in.

My quota or subscription is not updating after a purchase.

Subscription updates can take a minute or two to propagate from Apple to our servers. If your balance still does not refresh after a couple of minutes, open Settings, scroll to Subscription, and tap See plans then Restore purchases. That forces a re-sync with Apple. If it still does not update, email us your Apple ID purchase receipt id and we will reconcile it manually.

My TinyUs does not look like our family.

TinyUs portraits are artistic AI interpretations, not exact predictions. The AI does its best to inherit visible features from both photos but it is not a genetic forecast and outputs can vary from run to run. Try a different photo for the parent that the result favored less, ideally a clearer front-facing shot, and generate again. Each generation also varies even with the same inputs.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, find TinyUs, and tap Cancel. The current period continues until expiry and any generations already granted stay on your balance. You can also reach this from inside TinyUs via Settings -> See plans -> Manage subscription.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles all TinyUs refund requests. Open this link on your iPhone or Mac to start a refund request: reportaproblem.apple.com. Pick the TinyUs purchase you want refunded and follow the prompts. We do not store payment information and cannot issue refunds directly.

I want my photos and account data deleted now.

Open the TinyUs Settings tab and tap Delete all local data. That clears anything stored on your device. Your uploaded photos are auto-deleted from our servers within 24 hours, but if you want us to delete the rest of your account-level data (anonymous usage id, quota ledger, retained outputs) before that window closes, email us and we will do it within 30 days.
